Sunchase Beachfront Condominiums is multi-acre property of 75 privately owned condos located directly on South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico.
Surrounded by an amazing lawn and tropical landscaping, Sunchase Beachfront is the perfect location if you want a spacious property with many amenities. Two, three, and four-bedroom units have a private patio or balcony with unobstructed views of the beach/ocean or our pool.
Private beach access with private umbrella/chair services is available.
All units have full kitchens, BBQ grills, linens, and towels.
Condos are each unique as they are privately owned and maintained by our 24-hour onsite staff.
