When potential guests are considering staying at a condo property, they may have avarious questions to ensure they have a pleasant and comfortable experience. Here are some questions a potential guest might ask:

Check in times are 3:00 pm, however in the busier seasons, the 3:00 pm check in time may be delayed. Check out times are 11:00 AM, any guest who is delayed in their check out time needs to communicate this properly; however, this is not encouraged as there could be additional charges. Sunchase Beachfront has a three-day minimum reservation policy.

Reservations may be created online or via phone. Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full, however charged a $25.00 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, unless the condo is rebooked. In which case, the full amount, with the $25.00 processing fee being deducted will be refunded. No partial refunds are given, and there are no refunds if the guests leave early unless the condo is rebooked. Sunchase Beachfront has a three-day minimum reservation policy.

Pet deposits, taxes, housekeeping costs, and damages charges are all additional fees that may be applied.

Direct beach access, pools jacuzzis, tennis courts and a gym, located within the Sunchase IV building, are available for the durations of a guests stay at Sunchase Beachfront. Public Wi-Fi is also provided, private Wi-Fi is provided in some condos.

Two-bedroom condos are
allowed one parking permit, and three-bedroom condos are allowed two parking permits. Within the busier seasons, the parking permits for the three bedroom condos may be limited to one permit. Hitched trailers, boats, and jet-skis are not allowed to be parked on property. The parking permit must be always visible. Sunchase Beachfront Security will tow unauthorized vehicles and the costs are the vehicle owner’s responsibility.

Sunchase Beachfront is comprised of two- and three bedroom condos, and one four-bedroom condo. First and second floor locations, with either pool or ocean views from their balconies.

All condos are equipped with full kitchens.

All linens and towels are provided. Three towel changes are provided for one-week reservations and one towel change for three-day reservations.

Housekeeping is provided before and after each stay – if the guest wishes to have a housekeeper tidy up their condo, we provide two cleaning options at an additional cost

Sunchase Beachfront does not allow anyone under the age of 25 years old to book or check into a condo.

A $50.00 charge for pets, non-refundable, is charged for the condos that allow pets. Allowing pets is to the discretion of the condo’s owner. Please inform Sunchase Beachfront if your furry family member is an anticipated guest. Any additional cleaning will be at the guest’s expense and is within their responsibility. There is a two-pet maximum.

Sunchase Beachfront is a gated community. The safety and privacy of our guests is priority. There are security guards on duty from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am, and the front office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, for the convenience and safety of our guests.

Noise and music is kindly asked to be reduced after 11:00 pm, as we would like for all guests to be respected and have a comfortable stay.

Day visitors are welcome, so long as the office is notified. Overnight parking is strictly enforced for guests and visitors.
