We want you to enjoy your stay!
We have put in place procedures to facilitate check-in.
Your unit will have a guest handbook with all Sunchase policies and regulations, to make your stay as easy and relaxed as possible.
Each of our condos are private residences, we ask that you please treat the unit as you would treat your own home.
Below you will find a quick synopsis of some of our property rules; you will receive an email with further instructions and needs upon booking.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check out is before 11:00 AM.
Late check out may result in charging an extra night.
The occupancy levels will be enforced by security and the use of wristbands during high season and holidays is mandatory.
Day guests must be registered at the front desk.
All condos are non-smoking units.
Please comply with all property and pool regulations. Security will remove anyone not following the rules. Not complying may result in fines deducted from your deposit or eviction without refund.
Deposits & permits
There’s a security deposit that will be returned after unit has been inspected
A $ 20 dollar key deposit and a $ 20 dollar parking permit deposit is required. Deposit is refundable once key and permit are returned.
Parking spaces are limited and a Parking permit is required and must be visibly placed inside your vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. (At owners’ expense)
